General Hotel Terms & Conditions
Scope of Terms
These terms govern all reservations made through the Century Park Hotel’s' reservation system.
Acceptance
You accept these terms on behalf of all members of your party.
Confirmed Reservation
The reservation is considered confirmed when you received a Confirmation Letter containing your Transaction ID. Please save and/or print this for your record and present it to the hotel upon check-in. If you have any questions and/or concerns regarding the confirmation of your reservation (e.g. Confirmation Letter not received), kindly send an email to reservations@centuryparkhotel.com.ph.
Check-in Policy
• The guest is required to present the actual card used in making the online booking and a valid government issued ID, preferably passport, upon check-in. If the online booking is for another person and card owner will not be present during check-in, the actual guest is required to present clear photocopies of front and back of the credit card used, a valid government issued ID of cardholder, preferably passport copy, and an authorization letter stating that the card holder has allowed the actual guest to use his/her card for the reservation. We regret to inform you that failure to present above-mentioned requirements, online payment becomes invalid and guest will be asked to settle payment on personal account. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with this requirement.

Face Masks and Vaccination Card
• Wearing of face masks in indoor and outdoor shall be voluntary.
• As per DOT Memorandum Circular 2023-002, Section 5. Vaccination Requirement: In line with IATF Resolution No. 02 (s.2022) allowing the entry to the country of unvaccinated, partially vaccinated or those whose vaccination status cannot be independently validated, the PRESENTATION OF PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION SHALL NO LONGER BE REQUIRED in tourism enterprises.
To guarantee the reservation, Century Park Hotel full night stay charge as confirmation of the booking. You may contact our reservations for any booking modifications/revisions at 8528-8888 or email your concerns at reservations@centurypark.com.ph.
Deposit Policy for Incidental Charges
A credit card guarantee or cash deposit for incidental charges computed according to the total number of nights will be requested upon check-in. This is refundable upon check-out if you do not incur any incidental charges.
Cancellation Terms
No cancellation fee if you choose to cancel your reservation 24 hours before arrival date. Century Park Hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card for cancellation and no-show fees in accordance with the stated policies. Cancelling your reservation is permanent and could result to cancellation fees.
No-Show Terms
In the event that you do not check-in before the time specified in the Cancellation and No-Show Policies section, you will be qualified as a "No-Show". Appropriate fees, as per Cancellation and No Show Policies section, will be collected.
Child Policy:
Room can accommodate up to 2 kids. 12 years old and below may stay in the room for free using/sharing existing bed and excluding breakfast. Extra person charge with extra bed and breakfast is Php1,500.00 nett/pax/night.
Children ages 7-12 years old will be subject to 50% additional charge for the buffet breakfast at Php 500 nett per child, payable upon check-in. This additional fee is not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to paid separately upon check-in. Children ages 6 and below are free of charge.
Privacy Policy
Any information collected to secure a reservation is used solely for purposes of that specific reservation. At Century Park Hotel, we take your privacy seriously. If you have any questions and/or concerns regarding our privacy policy, kindly write to us at reservations@centuryparkhotel.com.ph.
Your online reservation is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. The reservation confirmation (if any) and these terms represent the entire agreement between you and Century Park Hotel.

Accommodation services are provided by Century Park Hotel.

Atlantis Systems Technologies Filipinas Corporation's ("Atlantis") is concerned about the data subject right to privacy. Therefore, we pledges to be responsible when gathering your personal information and to protect your privacy in every possible way.
Although this Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create any legal rights, it serves as an expression of Atlantis commitment to protecting private personal information.
Atlantis reserves the right to change, amend and/or vary this Privacy Policy at any time and will notify users of the same by updating the policy on Atlantis website @ atlantis.asia (“Website”) and by including a "NEWLY UPDATED" label with the "PRIVACY POLICY" link on the websites governed by this policy for a period of 30 days. This Privacy Policy describes the information that Atlantis collects, how it is used, when it may be shared with others, and how we safeguard its confidentiality and security. This Privacy Policy is applicable to all users of our Website including Travel Reservations, Marketing Research, Investor Relations, Customer Relations/Service and Customer Support.
Information collection
We collect and maintain information that you enter on our Website or give us in any other way (collectively, "Personal Information").
You can choose not to provide certain information, but you may not be able to enjoy all the features of our Website and services provided by Atlantis.
Personal Information we learn from you helps us to personalise and continually improve your online experience.
Here are the types of Personal Information that we collect:
Personally identifiable information e.g. Name, gender, date of birth, nationality, country of residence;
Contact information e.g. address, email address and phone numbers;
Technical information e.g. IP address.
When you interact with applications created by Atlantis, we may collect information about your location and mobile device.
The information may be used to provide you with location-based services such as search results and marketing content.
You may decline to share your Personal Information with us, or disable location services on your mobile device at any time.
Use of information collected
Generally, we use your Personal Information for administrative purposes e.g. processing, confirming, fulfilling and completing your transactions and requests for our services.
In the event there is a transaction problem/issue, we will notify you via email based on the Personal Information which you provided to us through our booking engine.
In addition to this, your Personal Information will be used for the purposes of sales, marketing or cross-marketing of products and services, investigation of claims and inquiries, check-in, refund, safety, security, statistical and marketing analysis, information systems management, system testing, maintenance and development, operational, support, customer surveys, customer relations and to improve and help us in any future dealings with you, for example by identifying your requirements and preferences.
If our hotel partner is subscribed to our Loyalty Program and you elected to be a member, you will also be a participant in the Atlantis Loyalty Programme
In such cases, your Personal Information will also be used to administer your membership and offer you the perks which you are eligible under this programme.
Sharing of Information Collected
We may process and disclose your personal information within hotel partner, our subsidiaries and affiliates and/or third parties, such as credit card verification providers, data analytics, marketing agency, immigration authorities, safety and security personnel, parties which have business or contractual dealings with Atlantis and its subsidiaries or affiliates, and other third party who is able to demonstrate that you have explicitly consented to the disclosure of your Personal Information by us to such third party.
Your personal information may also be disclosed or transferred to any of Atlantis actual and potential assignee, transferee or acquirer (within or outside the Philippines) (including our affiliates and subsidiaries) or our business, assets or group companies, or in connection with any corporate restructuring or exercise including our restructuring to transfer the business, assets and/or liabilities.
Furthermore, Atlantis will jointly use personal information as well as cookies for the purposes as described in “Use of information collected” and “Cookies” respectively.
Whenever required by law, we will disclose your personal information to government bodies or authorities or third parties pursuant to a subpoena or other legal process accordingly.
As part of our effort to serve you better, we are constantly enhancing and expanding our services to fulfill your ever-growing needs. In order to realise this business aim, we will from time to time appoint, authorise or contract with strategic business partners. Your Personal Information may be disclosed to these business partners, authorised or contracted third parties, service providers or advertisers to make available promotions, offers, products or services, which may or may not belong to us but relate to the products or services you have elected to obtain from us.
However, to ensure that you will not receive unwanted communications, only information with regards to promotions, offers, products or services which are relevant to your transaction with us, or that you have selected or marked as interested in your member profile, will be shared with the respective business partners, service providers or third parties.
In the event we go through a business transition, such as sale of part or all of our assets, merger or acquisition, your information will likely form part of this transition and be transferred.
Atlantis does not sell or rent any of your Personal Information on our Website to any other parties. Atlantis may share anonymous and/or aggregated information about all our users with third parties.
Cookies
A "cookie" is an identifier which we transfer to the hard drive of your desktop computer or laptop, or the memory card of your mobile devices through the web browser you used when you visit our hotel partners' website. It allows our system to recognize you when you visit our hotel partners' website again and improve our service to you. The information is used to track visitor use of the website and the IBE, and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

Data Storage
The headquarters of Atlantis is located in Philippines. However, we may transfer and store your Personal Information on our servers located overseas. Such transfers are necessary pursuant to our contract with data subject and/or our contract(s) with the relevant third parties.
Atlantis will secure the storage in compliance with the minimum security measures prescribed under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, its regulation and standards.
Data subject consent
Atlantis or any third party service providers engaged by us will obtain your consent to collect and use your personal information at the time of collection, subject to certain legally prescribed circumstances where your consent is not required.
Where required by law, Atlantis will adopt an ‘opt-in' policy to obtain your express written consent when collecting your Personal Information. You may be asked, for example, to sign a form or tick a box.
Generally, in using the Website, your consent to the collection and use of your Personal Information by Atlantis in the ways described above (which may change from time to time) unless and until you inform us to the contrary. If you have provided us your personal Information of third party individuals in your travel party, you are required to obtain the individual's prior consent and you represent and warrant that you had or have your consent or are otherwise entitled to provide your personal information to us. By providing us the personal Information of third party individual(s), you also warrant that the individual(s) is informed of and consents to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
In most instances, it is obligatory for you to provide us with your personal information in order to allow us to satisfy your request or provide you with the service that you have requested for.
However, we will provide you with an avenue to opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving marketing, communications, promotional offers, newsletters or any other communications from Atlantis.
Access to and Correction of Your Personal Information
You may access your Personal Information by logging-in to your Member Profile.
We will need your assistance to ensure that Personal Information you provide to us is current, complete and accurate. If there are errors or changes to be made, please contact us and we will work towards either correcting it or discussing alternative actions with you.
We will not correct your Personal Information upon request of a third party, unless such third party is able to demonstrate that you have provided the authority to such third party to work with us to correct your personal information.
