PREPAYMENT POLICY:
Only
10% is required to confirm your reservation. This is non-refundable.
The remaining balance shall be paid upon check in at the hotel.
MODIFICATION POLICY:
No modification fee if you choose to amend your reservation 24 hours before arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
No cancellation fee if you choose to cancel your reservation 24 hours before arrival date.
PET POLICY:
For
reasons of sanitation and cleanliness, pets of any kind are not allowed
inside the hotel premises such as rooms, hallways, guest public areas
and main lobby.

Your stay is important to us. We remain committed to provide you with excellent service and warm hospitality during the government-mandated Community Quarantine.
For your safety and information, please read the following guidelines.
ROOM ACCOMMODATION
• We will provide accommodation for the agreed number of days. Room sharing is not allowed except for families with minors and persons needing assistance with the approval of the Bureau of Quarantine.
• Once a room has been assigned to you, you are not allowed to go out of your room which includes visiting another guest room or staying in the hallways. Face-to-face conversation with other guests and hotel staff is not allowed. Likewise, no outside visitor/s will be allowed to visit you.
• Should you wish to call a guest from another room, just dial 7 plus the room number. You may also call our reception at local 2222 for assistance.
• Please wear your face mask prior to opening the door for any staff attending to your needs.
• Kindly dispose your mask and gloves properly in the allocated waste bins in your bathroom.
• All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking and Vaping inside the room will have a penalty charge of P10,000.00.
• For your safety and security, balcony doors are permanently locked.
• Deliveries of any articles are prohibited except for health-related items such as medicines and medical equipment. Outside food such as online food deliveries and food sent by relatives are not allowed.
• Media interviews and posting in social media are not allowed. Electronic gadgets including mobile phones of those who violate this policy will be confiscated and will be returned after the quarantine period.
SERVING TIME OF MEALS
• Packed set meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included in your room accommodation.
• You will be served breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a bottle of 2000 ml mineral water daily. Meals will be given based on the schedule below:
- Breakfast - between 7:00AM to 8:00AM
- Lunch - between 11:00AM to 12:00NN
- Dinner - between 5:00PM to 6:00PM
• To enjoy your food at its peak quality, kindly consume your meal immediately during the allotted period for your safety.
• Unconsumed meals outside your room will be collected 2 hours after the scheduled distribution.
• Reheating of food shall not be allowed.
• Room Service is currently not available as the hotel facilities are temporarily closed. For additional food & beverage orders, you may use your mobile device to scan the QR code located at your bedside table for the available selection. Please call Housekeeping at local 2073, 2074, 2075 to place your order.
• In compliance with the Bureau of Quarantine Guidelines, serving of alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
• Cooking is NOT ALLOWED inside the room. Any cooking equipment found in your belongings will be temporarily kept at the Security Office and will be returned upon check-out.
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURE
• Kindly familiarize yourself with the fire exit nearest to your room. The Fire Evacuation Plan is located at the back of your main door.
• A Guide for Earthquake Preparedness Procedure is placed on your desk.
• We highly urge you to practice basic health standards. These include: wearing of face mask & face shield, maintaining at least two (2) meters physical distancing, frequent hand washing, avoiding touching the face and observing cough etiquette.
• To boost your well being, doing the doctor-prescribed physical and mental exercises inside your room is encouraged.
• Kindly call our Medical Clinic at local 5865 or 2336 for any health-related concerns such as worsening of pre-existing condition/s or development of any of symptoms like fever, cough, colds, sore throat, and diarrhea, etc. Ensure regular intake of your maintenance medication/s, if any.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
• Housekeeping will NOT conduct daily cleaning. Please maintain cleanliness in your room. Sanitation kits are also provided for your personal disinfection.
• Garbage collection will be at 8:00PM. Kindly place your garbage bag outside your room during this time. If you missed placing your trash outside, our Housekeeping staff will request you to take it outside for collection. This is to maintain cleanliness and control pests from getting inside the room.
• For guests with negative swab test results, your room is scheduled for pest treatment every 4 days. A holding area will be provided while treatment is being done.
• Please leave your used towels and linens outside your room between 10:00AM and 2:00PM only. We will replace the exact items that were left outside the room.
• For any concerns regarding your room, please call the following local numbers:
- 2073, 2074 or 2075 - from 8:00AM to 10:00PM only
- 2222 - from 10:00PM onwards
TELEPHONE SERVICE & Wi-Fi
•Incoming outside calls are available daily from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. If you wish to open your telephone line for external calls, we will request a security deposit of P2,000.00 per day. Please call our Reception at local 2222 for assistance.
•Our Wi-Fi has no password; you may select the hotel's name in the options to connect.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
• Please call our Reception at local 2222 and email cphmedicalclinic@gmail.com once you have received your certificates/results from the Bureau of Quarantine or from your respective testing laboratory. Kindly prepare your things and wait inside your room. Our staff will assist you from your room upon check-out.
• Strictly observe social distancing, maintain a minimum of two (2) meters distance from other guests at the Front Desk.
• Any incidental charges should be settled at the Front Office Cashier.
• Kindly return your keycard upon check-out. A dropbox is located at the Front Office Cashier.
Should you require further assistance, you may call Reception at local 2222.

We collect and maintain information that you enter on our Website or give us in any other way (collectively, "Personal Information").

Personal Information we learn from you helps us to personalise and continually improve your online experience.

In the event there is a transaction problem/issue, we will notify you via email based on the Personal Information which you provided to us through our booking engine.
In addition to this, your Personal Information will be used for the purposes of sales, marketing or cross-marketing of products and services, investigation of claims and inquiries, check-in, refund, safety, security, statistical and marketing analysis, information systems management, system testing, maintenance and development, operational, support, customer surveys, customer relations and to improve and help us in any future dealings with you, for example by identifying your requirements and preferences.
If our hotel partner is subscribed to our Loyalty Program and you elected to be a member, you will also be a participant in the Atlantis Loyalty Programme
In such cases, your Personal Information will also be used to administer your membership and offer you the perks which you are eligible under this programme.
Sharing of Information Collected
We may process and disclose your personal information within hotel partner, our subsidiaries and affiliates and/or third parties, such as credit card verification providers, data analytics, marketing agency, immigration authorities, safety and security personnel, parties which have business or contractual dealings with Atlantis and its subsidiaries or affiliates, and other third party who is able to demonstrate that you have explicitly consented to the disclosure of your Personal Information by us to such third party.
Your personal information may also be disclosed or transferred to any of Atlantis actual and potential assignee, transferee or acquirer (within or outside the Philippines) (including our affiliates and subsidiaries) or our business, assets or group companies, or in connection with any corporate restructuring or exercise including our restructuring to transfer the business, assets and/or liabilities.
Furthermore, Atlantis will jointly use personal information as well as cookies for the purposes as described in “Use of information collected” and “Cookies” respectively.

As part of our effort to serve you better, we are constantly enhancing and expanding our services to fulfill your ever-growing needs. It allows our system to recognize you when you visit our hotel partners' website again and improve our service to you. Data Storage
The headquarters of Atlantis is located in Philippines. However, we may transfer and store your Personal Information on our servers located overseas. Such transfers are necessary pursuant to our contract with data subject and/or our contract(s) with the relevant third parties.
Atlantis will secure the storage in compliance with the minimum security measures prescribed under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, its regulation and standards.

Access to and Correction of Your Personal Information
You may access your Personal Information by logging-in to your Member Profile.
We will need your assistance to ensure that Personal Information you provide to us is current, complete and accurate. If there are errors or changes to be made, please contact us and we will work towards either correcting it or discussing alternative actions with you.
We will not correct your Personal Information upon request of a third party, unless such third party is able to demonstrate that you have provided the authority to such third party to work with us to correct your personal information.
